Henry Gaye, also know as ‘the lyrical virus’ is a polyvalent lyricist, singer, rapper, songwriter and author. Young Henry Gaye started music in the local church choir then branched into contemporary music after paying his dues as a singer and organist in the choir.
The young and determined musician recorded his first two cassette LPs around 1997/1998 and decided to explore the showbiz world extensively. Henry Gaye appeared on TV shows and other media right after his recordings hit the market and he started travelling immediately after.
In the year 2000, Henry Gaye discovered Rap/R&B/HipHop whilst recording in Italy with an American rapper. Since then, he has also played and recorded with many well known and experienced musicians from almost every continent and has grown his talent through contact with these artists.

It took over two years from start to finish of this CD album and Henry Gaye is happy to share it with his fans and friends, eventually making it available for download and starting the much awaited “VIRUS” tour. VIRUS: The radio has always been seen by many as the magic box. It is usually the first appliance we switch on when we wake up and it accompanies us throughout the day. Henry Gaye and millions of other people know this feeling very well, when our favourite tune is aired by the DJ.
Henry Gaye wrote “Virus” for all music lovers and those who believe music can change the way we feel and an earworm in the morning on the radio could brighten our day and lives. This danceable tune, certainly a hit, is going a long way to make DJs and music lovers fall in love with it. The song, which also happens to be the album title will never go unnoticed anytime it plays. The throbbing dance beat does the rest as it buries itself deep into the listener’s brain and won’t leave. Like a deadly virus, it will settle down and infect but in a positive way. A pleasurable song written to lighten our moods and brighten day and night.
